Mike Cerra joined our board in June 2009. Mike is a government relations professional for the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. His focus is on land use, environmental and community development issues, and regularly represents the interests of local governments and taxpayers before the State Legislature and State agencies.

He possesses a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University. Along with his wife and daughter, he resides in the Village of Lawrenceville. 

John Covello has an extensive background in governmental, community and public affairs at the federal, state and local level in various public and private sector professional positions.

He is currently Executive Director of Government & Public Affairs for the Independent Pharmacy Alliance. A graduate of the George Washington University, he has an M.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University. John is a Village resident along with his wife, Mercer County Clerk Paula Sollami Covello, and their two daughters. John has been active in Lawrenceville as a soccer coach in the Lawrence Hamnett League. He is also a past member of the Lawrence Township Zoning Board and a former member and vice-chair of the Lawrence Economic Growth Committee.

Sarah Crowley - was born and raised in Lawrenceville. She is currently an Administrative Law Judge for the State of New Jersey. She was nominated to this position by Governor Chris Christie in March 2014. Prior to being appointed a Judge, she was the Deputy County Counsel in Mercer County for 10 years. Prior to that position, she was in private practice, with a focus on litigation.

Sarah Graduated from the Hun School of Princeton, and graduated from Ithaca College with a B.A. in Politics. She received her J.D. from the University of Richmond Law School. Sarah has served on many boards, including the Mercer County Bar Association Board of Trustees, the Legal Aid Society Board of Directors, the District VII Ethics Board, the Mercer County Sports and Entertainment Commission and the Lawrence Township Planning and Zoning Boards. Sarah lives in Lawrenceville with her husband, Peter Kremer and their son, Jack.

Blake Eldridgeis a long-time village resident and Dean of Students at The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, NJ. He has spent his entire career in secondary education, working with students to develop their innate capacities for reflection, critical analysis, and community engagement. He has served as the Director of The School Camp, a non-profit dedicated to giving low-income urban elementary students a rural summer camp experience while helping them develop self-esteem, perseverance, and collaboration and problem-solving skills through team-projects, sports, and physical activity.

Recognizing the importance of community, Eldridge hopes to make Lawrenceville's Main Street a destination for family and formal entertainment and place to build relationships.

Pamela Frank - is currently Vice President of Gable Associates, an energy, environment and public utility consulting firm, with twenty years' experience in sustainability issues and the renewable energy industry. She also served as the Founding Executive Director for the not-for-profit organization, GreenFaith, the first of its type in the nation, which continues to inspire, educate and mobilize people of diverse religious backgrounds for environmental leadership.

In addition to serving on the Main Street Board, Pam serves on the Board of PlanSmart NJ - - an independent, non-profit planning and research organization committed to improving the quality of community life through the advancement of sound land use planning and regional cooperation. Pam earned a B.A. in Philosophy from University of Vermont, a Masters in Public Health from UMNDJ and attended law school at the University of Pennsylvania.

Heath Friedman

F. Clifford Gibbons, Esq. graduated from The Hun School of Princeton, Colgate University (AB) and the Dickinson School of Law (JD). Mr. Gibbons owns a law firm in Princeton and specializes in handling land use matters on behalf of municipal planning and zoning boards, property owners and citizen organizations throughout New Jersey. He has also represented numerous New Jersey county and municipal governing bodies, commissions and authorities in a host of capacities.

Mr. Gibbons has authored many publications in the areas of planning, zoning, real estate, local government law and procedure, business formation and regulation and legal ethics. He serves as Assistant Counsel to the New Jersey Planning Officials, Associate Counsel to the New Jersey League of Municipalities, and is an adjunct faculty member for Rutgers University.

Melissa Glassman joined the Lawrenceville Main Street Board in May 2012 and has lived in Lawrenceville since 2004. She is a Retail Consultant specializing in the Home Improvement Industry. She graduated from Syracuse University where she studied Business Management and Human Resources.

Suzanne Maloney has been a resident of Lawrenceville since 1998.  She is a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a BS in Industrial Engineering.  She is currently the Director of Industrial Engineering for Estee Lauder.

Dawn Monsport was born and raised in Lawrenceville, going through the Lawrence Township School system from kindergarten to 10th grade then graduating from the Hun School in Princeton, and earned a Bachelor's degree from Rollins College.

Spent 25 years in management in the Hospitality industry. Currently a broker associate with Keller Williams Real Estate, licensed since 2000 in NJ and PA. Has been active in Woman's Club of Lawrenceville, MOMS Club of Lawrenceville west, local PTA, plus active volunteer for several Main Street events.

Marissa Nami is currently the Marketing and Relationship Manager at MDAdvantage Insurance Company. The Lawrenceville, New Jersey-based MDAdvantage Insurance Company is a leading provider of medical professional liability insurance.

Since 2001 Marissa has been active in the Lawrenceville community and has been a long-time volunteer and supporter of all LMS events. She spent 15 years in banking during which time she was Main Street's Treasurer. Marissa is also a committee member for the Contact of Mercers annual gala and HomeFront annual walk/run for HOPE.

Howard Nelson joined the LMS board in May of 2008. Howard has over 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical products, and software industry. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Plasma Therapies, Inc. He is also an adjunct professor of Economics in the Business School at the College of New Jersey. Howard also serves as Treasurer and Trustee of The New Jersey Sharing Network, the organ procurement organization and is a member of the Lawrence Township Growth and Redevelopment Committee.

Originally from New Orleans, he received an MBA from Tulane University and an AB in Economics from Princeton University.

Anthony Pizutillo jjoined the LMS board May 2008. Tony is a public affairs professional with experience at the federal, state and local levels. Over the last twenty years Tony has practically devoted his entire public affairs profession toward representing the real estate industry on land use, redevelopment and economic development issues, to name a few. Tony’s firm is Pizzutillo Public Affairs LLC, located in Princeton, NJ.

James Sapp has resided in Lawrenceville with his family for over 30 years and has been active in the community for many years. Many of his activities have been fostered and sponsored by the Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville. These include Habitat for Humanity, TASK, CONTACT hotline, and trips to Haiti with other church members. He is a former board member of Golden Cradle Adoption Agency and is currently a sales rep for Window World of Central NJ.

Vince Scozzari is a graduate of the Lawrenceville School and Northeastern University, with additional studies including construction technologies at the Wentworth Institute of Technology.  Executive Vice President of V. J. Scozzari & Sons, he lists an impressive number of civic and corporate endeavors, for which he has received many awards. 

Past experience includes all facets of construction management with an emphasis on contract administration and control, with current focus on executive management of this major construction firm.

Phoenix Smith has over 30 years of professional experience in public policy management and administration.  She is currently a program administrator at the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services where she manages statewide planning and grant writing activities for medical care and supportive services needed by people living with HIV/AIDS in New Jersey.

She currently sits on the Mercer County Advisory Committee on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.  She is a Fellow of Leadership New Jersey.  She holds certifications from the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) and the Community Emergency Response Team Training (CERT) to provide assistance to communities in the face of disaster. Ms. Smith received her undergraduate degree from Livingston College at Rutgers University, and received an M.S.W. from the Rutgers School of Social Work.

Angelo A. Stio III is a partner with law firm of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Angelo is an experienced trial attorney who handles complex commercial disputes, class actions and derivative suits, and corporate governance matters. Angelo graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University Law School in 1997 and holds an MPA and BS from Seton Hall University as well. Angelo resides in Lawrenceville with his wife Stephanie and children, Sophia and Trevor.

Megan White is a graduate of Temple University, and has pursued advanced training at the Gemological Institute of America, and is a Certified Gemologist Appraiser. She is currently affiliated with Hamilton Jewelers in Princeton, and is an enthusiastic Lawrenceville participant, and is active in community and sorority affairs.
